Lost yesterday: ½ lbs
The weight loss continues so everything is great in life 😉
Protein: fish/chicken
Vegetables: Broccoli /Tomatos
Fruit: apple/orange
Back to my trusted fish. I actually love the fish. I certainly will continue eating fish in my consolidation and life afterwards. I will always love food but I will try to be a gourmet rather than my gourmand inclinations until August this year.
This time around I did not take any vitamins and I feel absolutely fine and full of energy as I felt in Stage 1.
