Lost yesterday: 1 lbs
Lost from start: 12 ¾ lbs / 5.8 kgs
I lost another pound yesterday, I feel great and so motivated to continue. Actually I feel I could continue for 43 full days but I have visitors in October and I rather drink sangria with them 🙂
This is what I ate in my HCG Weight Loss Day 18
I got up at 8:30 as we had to take Lee to the Airport. I was thirsty but I could not find any water, just Coca-cola or coffee so I did not drink anything till I came back home.
12:00 Breakfast: Just had my 1 Lt of yerba mate as usual.
14:00 Lunch: I had cuttlefish. I had a cup of lemon with just lemon and apple vinegar quick dressing. I had my usual orange as sweet.
20:00 Dinner: I had chicken breast today. I cut it in strips I stir “fried” with water and spinach. I had an apple and one grissini.
I drank two liters of water with lemon in addition to the liter of yerba mate.
I love this diet, I love food and I don’t seem to get bored but my sister-in-law does and doesn’t want to do it again!
My Day
I felt great during the day and I am writing this post on an early Sunday evening, my husband is watching Spanish football. Still very hot here today. I am looking forward for October as the locals say that the weather is milder.

Today was a strange day, we took Lee this morning to the Airport and we have some exercise walking from the train station. We decided not to get a car when we moved here to do some physical exercise. We take taxis to Torremolinos but always come back walking as it is downhill ;). Anyway just going to the supermarket, that is very near, involved hills so some exercise rubs off. As previously, stated I will not start a formal fitness
