I read somewhere that the four principles of healthy living are:
- Healthy Eating
- Active Living
- Healthy Practices
- Healthy Relationships
I am going to to base this section of this blog on the three first principles as Healthy relationships is out the scope of this blog and furthermore, I don’t feel qualified enough to post about healthy relationships.
