Lost yesterday: 1 lb
Well it seems I continue with the weight loss. Good 🙂
Protein: eggs /beef Yes I’ve changed (see below)
Vegetables: Swiss chard / Cucumber
Fruit: apple/orange
Decided to go for a change. I purchased a tube of 9 egg whites, so I had a third, with a whole egg and made a frittata with Swiss chard just for a change from fish.
I’ve been thinking that when I am on HCG I seem to lose interest in food but I still dream in what I am going to have when I am on maintenance. To be honest I will never be tired of fish, even if I eat 43 days of it as once the HCG is over I can mix fish and I actually like fish. I always used to eat in restaurants fish but now I cook it at home. In the past I though it would smell but when the fish is fresh, like it is here, it doesn’t smell. Well, it doesn’t have a lingering smell.
