Lost yesterday: 1 lb
Well it seems I continue with the weight loss. Finally got rid of the 5 lbs sudden weight gain!
Protein: fish /chicken (Went back to my trusted fish 😉 )
Vegetables: Broccoli / Tomato
Fruit: apple/orange
I truly love this diet as I can buy at the beginning of the week and I know exactly what I am going to eat. It is so easy to plan. Of course it is easy for me as my husband eats differently than me and he is also very easy to please. I would know I have arrived as a healthy eating guru when I, finally, change his eating habits from processed foods king. It is difficult but I keep trying.
