Lost yesterday: 0 lbs
Well haven’t lost anything today, to expect I suppose since I’ve been losing steadily since hospital.
Protein: fish/beef
Vegetables: Swiss chard /Cucumber
Fruit: apple/orange
Another easy day of dieting. Started looking for dessert recipes without sugar and starch for Consolidation from 21 December to 10 January.
I have to found something as it is the Christmas and New Year Holiday.
I will be drinking Bacardi Gold and some juice, I’ve decided as although made out of sugar cane it doesn’t have sugar remaining. I don’t drink much but people will be drinking so I have to have something 🙂
