Lost yesterday: 1 lb
I am back to losign ways again.
Protein: fish/chicken
Vegetables: Broccoli/Tomatoes
Fruit: apple/orange
Still on my quest to find some dessert for Christmas. Was looking at Paleo recipes but they either have starch or sugar in the form of honey.
Will find some and post in recipes.
