Lost yesterday: ¾ lbs
I am still losing weight – good. I think the 5 lbs + I put that day at hospital will affect the final weight loss but that’s life.
Protein: eggs /beef
Vegetables: Swiss Chard / Onion
Fruit: apple/orange
Again I did a frittata with my 3 eggs white + 1 egg. I used my usual Marigold Swiss vegetable bouillon powder, my favorite all time ingredient.
I truly I am not hungry at all and continue taking my yerba mate, but only 1 ltr and 1½ liters water every day.
